WYnova integrates artificial intelligence into the systems companies already use and supports each solution through to production. It is part of WYgroup, a group of more than 400 people, and works with Auchan, SAPO, QNB and OutSystems.

WYnova works across three service models: Forward Deployed Engineering, with engineers embedded in the client's operations; Workflow Automation, to automate processes across systems; and AI Solution Builder, to develop custom AI solutions.

    Diagnosis

    The starting point is the actual process and the business problem, not the technology.

    Maps the actual workflow, the available data and the repetitive work.

    Identifies the steps without a fixed rule, where AI is justified.
    Human validation
    Defines with the client the critical points that require approval.

    Validation

    Feasibility is confirmed before any investment in development.

    Shares the data and makes the go/no-go decision before development.
    WYnova Engineering
    Confirms the problem, the data and the feasibility with a prototype or proof of concept.
    AI
    Models are tested in the prototype and chosen case by case.
  3. 03

    Development

    Phased development, integrated into existing systems, with go/no-go decision points.

    Client
    Decides at each go/no-go decision point between phases.
    WYnova Engineering
    Integrates through MCP and connectors into existing systems, without migrations.
    AI
    Handles the steps that require judgement. The rest runs on deterministic rules.
    Human validation
    A person approves at critical points, with an audit trail.

    Production

    In production, with traceability at every step and the code owned by the client.

    Receives the documented code, with no vendor lock-in.
    WYnova Engineering
    Puts the solution into production and rolls it out to other teams, with an engineer on site when needed.
    AI
    Operates day to day, with traceability at every step.
    Human validation
    Reviews what the AI flags, such as discrepancies in hours at Lachenmeier.
